carpet cleaning methods depending on the particular needs of the customer. For most residential customers, hot water extraction (commonly referred to as ‘steam cleaning’) is used to clean carpets, tile/grout, and upholstery.
Master Touch utilizes the latest in carpet cleaning chemicals and equipment. Powerful truck-mounted carpet cleaning machines are used to ensure that soil and ground-in stains are washed away with high temperature.
What do I need to do to make an appointment?
Making an appointment to get your carpets cleaned could not be any easier. First, decide which areas of your home you would like have cleaned. It is not necessary to know the exact square footage of each area; although a large room over 250 square feet may be considered two rooms.

Customers frequently ask what they should do the day of their appointment before our technicians arrive, so here's a few tips on what to expect.
1. Moving Furniture: it is recommended that customers move large furniture items such as couches, tables, and armoires before the technician arrives so those areas can be cleaned more thoroughly. Our technicians can move furniture, although this would be done at an additional charge. However, if you’d like to have us clean around large pieces of furniture, then there’s no need to move them.
2. Clear areas to be cleaned from anything that may prevent access to the carpet. (Items such as chairs, books, papers, toys, etc. . . .)
3. Pre-Vacuum each room that is to be cleaned. This step is recommended, although not required. Much of the soil content within a carpet is dry particulate soil (approximately 80%). By pre-vacuuming, your carpets will get the full benefit of a thourough steam clean.
Although commercial grade carpet is designed to last for many years, it can be difficult to maintain without becoming dingy and stained. Master Touch can help maintain your commercial carpets on a customized schedule of cleanings and spot treatments.
Master Touch technicians are fully trained in performing carpet repairs such as patching, seams, stretching, and repairing and replacing tack strip, z-bar, and other transitions. You can rest assured that whatever repairs are needed to restore your carpet to new condition, we’ll be able to take care of it.
